On a vanilla Java snapshot world, killing any mob that has the glowing status effect leaves its white outline permanently frozen in the world texture layer. The outline stays stuck in the grass and does not disappear when the entity dies. This bug has been confirmed to affect all tested mobs (including Cows).
Steps to Reproduce:
Spawn any mob (such as a Cow).
Apply the glowing status effect to the mob.
Kill the mob.
Observe that the white glowing outline remains permanently stuck floating in the grass.
Expected Result:
The glowing outline should clear out of the game world the exact second the mob dies.
Actual Result:
The mob dies, but its glowing outline remains stuck on the screen forever.
