Translucent objects can be seen through glass block elements when the "Improved Transparency" option is enabled

The bug

Translucent objects such as clouds, entities and other translucent blocks can be seen through the opaque pixels of glass and glass panes when the Improved Transparency setting is enabled.

How to reproduce

1. Place a block of glass around some water, stained glass and slimes.

2. Enable Improved Transparency.

3. See through the opaque pixels of glass directing your view on an angle looking at the placed objects and clouds.

Expected result

Translucent objects wouldn’t be visible through the opaque pixels of glass.

Observed result

Clouds, and some translucent objects are noticeable through the pixels of glass.
