In the code, there are references to a "Test World" feature. There is no working debug property assigned to it. The rest of the game’s debugging tools have debug properties assigned to them, however.
To reproduce this, look at the list of debug properties using the "MC_DEBUG_PRINT_PROPERTIES" flag. You will see that there is nothing assigned to it. You can also look at the source code in the TitleScreen class.
Here is a snippet of the code I found in the TitleScreen class:
if (SharedConstants.IS_RUNNING_IN_IDE) {
addRenderableWidget(Button.builder(
(Component)Component.literal("TW"), paramButton -> CreateWorldScreen.testWorld(this.minecraft, ()))
.bounds(singleplayerButton.getX() + singleplayerButton.getWidth() + 2, topPos, 20, 20).build());
}
