Structures: Woodland Mansions and Pillager Outposts do not use the new "Wool Stairs" block

A new "Wool Stairs" block was recently introduced to the game. However, naturally generated structures that prominently feature wool/staira have not been updated to utilize this new block. Specifically:

Woodland Mansions: The staircases and certain wool structures inside the mansion still use stone stairs. They have not been updated to use wool stairs for a smoother visual transition.
Pillager Outposts: The tents surrounding the outpost (made of white wool) currently use full wool blocks for their slanted roofs. Utilizing wool stairs for the tent roofs and edges would make the structures look much more natural and refined.

This results in a lack of consistency, as the new blocks are not integrated into existing world generation where they would naturally fit.
