Shield Delay

Minecraft has a hidden 5-tick wait time in the background when you raise your shield, which isn't represented by the animation at all.

When holding use on an item, there is a base 'use time' that is stored and then decremented every tick while it's being held. Minecraft will only block an attack after the shield has been raised for more than 5 ticks.

So When Players Raise Their Shield Last Second (Successfully) They Sometimes Get Hit. So players use mods.

(The GIF in the attachment is also from the example mod.)

But the thing is, some players can't use mods, so the players who encounter this bug can't do anything.

I Would Like This Bug Getting Fixed. Thanks!
