Inventory was opened when the Esc (escape) button was pressed; certain pixels glitched into and out of inventory. Aside from closing the game, nothing appears to resolve the issue. However, when we tried to replicate the occurrence, it was not a recurring issue (Please note that exiting to the server list did not resolve the issue). This was also a recurring issue in previous game models -around the 1.21 range, I believe- where the issue could not be resolved whatsoever, and made that version unplayable when such a glitch was encountered.

Could you please provide more details. As we have no repro of this issue.
Are you using any modifications or texture packs?
Have you tried reinstalling the launcher and the Minecraft game? (Remember to create backup files before doing so.)
