Explosive sulfur cubes don't leave a lingering area effect cloud after explosion

If a creeper that has a status effect explodes, it creates a lingering area effect cloud, but that’s not true for explosive sulfur cubes.

Steps to reproduce

• summon a sulfur cube;

• right click it with a TNT;

• give it a status effect;

• make it explode;

• notice how no effect cloud was created.

Expected result

The explosion creates a lingering area effect cloud, just like a creeper explosion.

Actual result

No effect cloud after explosion.
