The player can suffocate when there is a block above the cushion where the player is about to sit.
To reproduce:
Place a cushion
Place a block just over the cushion
Sit on the cushion
The player will start to suffocate because of the block placed over the cushion
Also, when trying to get up from it, the player will clip with the block that is under the cushion. It returns to normal by leaving the area of the block or destroying it.
