When you blow up the dragon with beds several times, the movement gets really bugged.
I looked around but didn't see any other players reporting this bug. My Minecraft is 100% vanilla, so it's not some mod interfering.
When the dragon lands after taking off, it goes back to normal.
To reproduce the bug, after the dragon lands in the center of The End, repeatedly and quickly explode beds near it until it takes off. The knockback will trigger the bug.
The bug also happens if you do the same thing near the dragon while it's flying.

If found it also just happens when first entering The End (repeated twice in Creative mode) until the dragon lands on the fountain. After that it resumes regular flight.
Drifting and, from what I’ve seen, doing donuts? Seems like the Ender Dragon has learned some things from a certain blue hedgehog’s racing game.
