In the creative inventory, the items dropped pressing "q" are duplicated

I guess this is intended, but I'm not 100% sure.

Please provide steps to reproduce. I do not understand the bug.

Duplicate of MC-5415, please use the search function to see if your bug has already been submitted. Currently over 57% of tickets are being resolved as duplicate.
