When placed facing to the side, the smallest part of the hopper has an upward facing side, which, with most other blocks, means a cushion should be able to be placed on top. This is not the case.
To Reproduce:
Place a hopper facing into an adjacent block (facing north, east south or west),
try to place a cushion on the smallest part of the hopper that changes based on orientation.
Expected Result:
A cushion should be allowed to be placed there.
Actual Result:
Cushions cannot be placed on that surface.
