Waxing a sign or a hanging sign doesn't play any sound

Issue:

When waxing an edited sign post or hanging sign post with a honeycomb, the required waxing sound doesn’t playing and the related subtitle doesn’t show up.

Steps to reproduce:

• Place a sign or hanging sign

• Edit the block with text

• Wax the block with a honeycomb

Expected Result:

The waxing sound should play, and the required subtitle shows down below the game screen.

Actual Result:

Neither of these results occur.
