MC-309822

Objects that are not full blocks become slippery if there is ice underneath them.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place an ice block on the ground.

  2. Place a non-full block (such as a stair or a custom chair block) directly on top of the ice block.

  3. Throw an item onto the non-full block, or try to run/walk over it.

Observed Results:
The thrown items and the running/walking player start to slide unpredictably on top of these non-full blocks when there is ice underneath them.

Expected Results:
Items and players should remain stable and not slide on the non-full block, regardless of the block underneath it.
