Torch break

What I expected to happen was...:
After breaking a torch placed on the grass block or dirt block I excepted the torch to drop itself and disappear.

What actually happened was...:
The torch disappeared, dropped itself and the torch particles appeared but sometimes (very rare) a dropped stone appeared and some stone particles and then it disappeared after a second and I picked up the torch.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place few torches on a grass/dirt blocks
2. Wait a few seconds and than start breaking torches one by one with your hand
(This bug happened on a small private server, i haven't tested it in singleplayer)
