[MC-30989] error generating mountain in extreme hills biome

in snapshot 13w36a hill in extreme hills biome there is a mountain of gravel and then when I switch to the snapshot 13w37b and create a new world and I'm looking for a extreme hill and the mountain different from the snapshot 13w36a

How can we tell that they're different if your coordinates are not the same in both screenshots?
Also, please do not mark issues as private, unless your bug report is a security issue containing information that may compromise your server/client.

The terrain generation code should be expected to change in a snapshot for the Terrain Update.
