in 20w18a, the particles seem to show on east and south face but rendered inside the block on west and north. I also noticed if I see it from the top-down view, it seems that the east and south have a gap between the particles and the block itself. (misalignment?)

In 1.14.4 Pre-release 5, Water drop particles are rendered inside the block on West and North face.
in previous version if i stand on then weighted it won't give a signal. is that new??
when I was looking for another mountain still looks weird. but in the previous snapshot looks epic

this was an old feature that was bugged in the older version (broken after the introduction of aquatic update, CMIIW).
