MC-310042

/posteffect can't list or remove shaders that are applied while spectating a mob.

Spectating a creeper, spider or enderman applies the player a post effect. However these effects can’t be listed or removed with the new posteffect command. This means it’s impossible to remove these effects while spactating those mobs even though there is a command supposed to remove post effects from the player.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Summon a creeper and start spectating it.

  2. Run /posteffect list @s. It will say that you don’t have any post effects instead of listing the creeper effect.

  3. Run /posteffect remove @s creeper. It will fail instead of removing the effect.

Fixing this would allow MC-249500 to be fixed too.
