In 26.3 Snapshot 4, spectators were given the ability to teleport with portals via right clicking.
Right clicking an End Gateway teleports the player, but does not grant the Remote Getaway advancement.
Reproduction Steps:
Go to the End and defeat the dragon to generate an End Gateway
Change to spectator mode and right click the gateway
You will get teleported, but Remote Getaway is not granted
There are other instances where entering a portal as a spectator does give the respective advancement, such as entering an End Portal for The End?.

Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
