Pressing Windows+D to minimize all windows makes the game no longer visually update with the Vulkan rendering backend

When pressing Windows Key + D, all windows get minimized. Doing this causes the game window to no longer visually update. You can click buttons and hear the sounds but you won’t see any changes.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Start the game

2. Press Windows Key + D twice to minimize then show all windows

You’ll see the game now no longer be visually updated when interacting with it. A warning is also shown in the log:
