The default value of the `item_damage_per_use` field in the `block_transformer` component is 0, despite what the changelog states

Issue: The default value of item_damager_per_use field in the block_transformer component differs in game vs in changelog. To Reproduce: Give yourself a non-stackable item that has a valid block_transformer component and omit item_damage_per_use field. Next use it to transform the block you set. Result: According to the changelog, the item takes 1 damage when used. The actual in game behavior is it does not take 1 damage, unless explicitly set to 1. Not sure which is the intended behavior.
