[MC-310242] Unable to bind the key that is bound to the "Take Screenshot" key bind

When trying to bind the key that is set to take a screenshot (default is F2), it doesn’t work and only takes a screenshot.

You are able to bind other keys to multiple actions.

Steps to reproduce:

Set the Take Screenshot key bind to something (or keep it as F2)
Try to set another key bind to that key
Notice how it doesn’t work

Observed result:

You are unable to bind that key

Expected result:

You should be able to bind that key

Can confirm. To rebind the key, the game currently will require the Take Screenshot key to be bound to another key first, otherwise the default F2 bind will not be able to be bound to another action.
