Bucketed mobs don't retain their entity tags

1. Summon a mob with custom entity tags:

/summon sulfur_cube ~ ~ ~ {Tags:["test"]}

1. Put the summoned mob in a bucket

2. Check the data of the mob bucket item → It doesn’t have its tag anymore:

{components: {"minecraft:bucket_entity_data": {age_locked: 0b, Health: 4.0f, age: 0}}, count: 1, Slot: 0b, id: "minecraft:sulfur_cube_bucket"}

1. Place the mob back in the world → It doesn’t have its tag anymore

Tested this in 26.2 with sulfur cubes and with axolotls.
