Boat retains angular velocity after dismount, resumes spinning on re-boarding

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place a boat on ice and mount it.

  2. Hold down the D key (or equivalent right-turn input) for a few seconds to make the boat spin continuously.

  3. Dismount the boat while it is still spinning. Observe that the boat visually stops rotating and appears completely stationary.

  4. Mount the same boat again without pressing any movement or rotation keys.

Observed Result:
Upon re-boarding, the boat immediately resumes rotating at the same angular speed and in the same direction as before dismounting, even though no input is being provided. The rotation persists until the player manually counter-steers.

Expected Result:
When the player dismounts, the boat should lose all angular momentum and come to a full stop. Upon re-boarding with no keys pressed, the boat should remain stationary and not inherit any previous rotational velocity.
