Player is repeatedly pushed back when walking onto a boat docked with collision box aligned to land.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch Minecraft Java Edition 26.2.

  2. Place a boat on water and row it to the shore so that the boat's collision box aligns with the edge land blocks.

  3. Dismount the boat.

  4. From the land side, attempt to walk forward onto the boat's hitbox (i.e., step onto the boat).

Observed result:
As the player takes one step forward, they are instantly pushed/teleported back to the previous position, creating a rubber-banding effect. The player cannot simply walk onto the boat. Additionally, during this process, the screen visibly jitters and shakes in a jarring, unnatural way (visual stuttering). This is not a hard lock: the player can right‑click the boat to mount it, or hold the backward key to move away, resolving the situation. However, if not careful, it can be annoying and disrupts normal movement.

Expected result:
The player should be able to walk onto or over the docked boat smoothly without being pushed back, and the screen should remain stable without any shaking or jittering. The boat's collision should not repel the player when they are on land and not attempting to mount.
