[MC-310410] spear

Short description of the issue

2 to 4 squares away from the target mob, using spear's charge mode when running forward usually cannot cause damage to it. In the bedrock edition, this is completely feasible.

Steps to reproduce the issue

2 to 4 squares away from the target mob, using spear's charge mode when running forward

Expected result

Harm the target mob, just like bedrock edition

Actual result

usually cannot cause damage to it
