My soul speed boots broke while walking on soul sand/soil. I replaced my boots, but the FOV and speed effects stayed, even while walking on other materials. It even stayed when I went to the overworld.

I accidentally created a duplicate of this with a lot more information and reproduction steps in MC-311022. Not sure how incomplete reports like this are usually handled here, but look there for more information on this.
