The Bug
When trying to set the hotbar to be saved by pressing Ctrl+C, the game does not allow this operation. Instead, it only retains the Ctrl key.
How to Reproduce
To set keys as combinations such as "Ctrl + O"
Expected result
The game can successfully finish my setting
