The category headers in the World Options screen are formatted inconsistently with other settings screens

The new “General” and “Multiplayer” category headers are formatted as bold, underlined, and centered. However, in screens such as the Video Settings screen, the category headers are formatted starting from the left most part of the screen, are not bold, and have no underline.
