[MC-310651] Hitting sword on the ground does no cooldown but then immediately swinging mob does spam hit

Hitting a sword on the ground does no attack cooldown. But then immediately swinging the sword on a mob right after does a spam hit which shouldn’t happen because there was no attack cooldown.
