Map naming does not follow a clear pattern, this issue became more apparent with the addition of new maps in 26.3 snapshot 7, as the desert temple/pyramid lacks the word "explorer" in its name, unlike its jungle counterpart.
Observed behavior
Older Minecraft structures had an "explorer" added to their IDs/names, but this was not applied to newer maps as they were introduced, resulting in names that are more short compared to older items.
Expected
The expected outcome is the removal of "explorer" from the names and IDs of maps that currently include it, resulting in map names that simply refer to the structure itself without explicitly mentioning "explorer," since this aspect is already implicit in how a map works.
This change will ensure consistency across the names of all maps, eliminating distinctions, after all, they all function in the same way.
Below is a list of all current names that includes “explorer” and their expected names for better cohesion with the new ones, since far more maps do not include the term "explorer" in their names, the maps listed below had begun to sound odd.
ocean_explorer_map → ocean_monument_map
swamp_explorer_map → swamp_hut_map
trial_explorer_map → trial_chambers_map
woodland_explorer_map → woodland_mansion_map
jungle_explorer_map → jungle_pyramid_map ( like its desert counterpart, “desert_pyramid_map” )
