Wool stairs and slabs do not prevent vibrations if used as a wall

Wool slabs and stairs do not prevent vibrations from being detected when used as parts of walls; however, the same does not apply if a player or creature steps on them or drops an item onto them, a behavior that differs from what is expected.

Observed behavior

If wool slabs and stairs are used as walls, they will not prevent vibrations from being detected by sculk sensors on the other side; this behavior may be due to the absence of the "occludes_vibration_signals" block tag in theses blocks.

The same behavior also occurs if you stack two wool slabs into a single block, forming a full block of wool slabs, since this block tag is not present on slabs.

This behavior does not occur if the creature walks or drops an item onto these blocks, suggesting that the vibration cancellation is hardcoded for these new blocks, or linked exclusively with the “dampens_vibrations” block tag.

The described behavior has persisted since the addition of wool slabs and stairs in snapshot 1; although a fix regarding walking was implemented in snapshot 2, the specific issue described in this ticket has not yet been resolved there (nor, I believe, reported) until now. (in case it is possible to create a retro-ticket mentioning the previous affected snapshots)

Expected

Any vibration generated must be nullified by the wool blocks, even if they are not full blocks, if they are in a straight line with a sculk sensor, like a wall.

Possible solution

A possible fix might be to include the “occludes_vibration_signals” block tag for wool stairs and slabs, since the calculation for a sculk sensor receiving a signal depends on where it originated and the "clear path" between the signal source and the sensor. However, this would need to be reviewed more closely. I am merely theorizing, given that these blocks lack this tag.
