Enchantments other than curses are displayed in gray text in tooltips, unlike in Bedrock Edition

The issue:

Positive enchantment text is still gray. Not consistent with Bedrock as of Preview 26.50.24, which intentionally, for unknown reasons, made the enchantment text blue. This creates a parity issue with bedrock: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE/issues/MCPE-241357

Steps to Repro:

1. Get an enchanted book with a positive enchantment

Observed Result:

Enchantment text is gray.

Expected Result:

Enchantment text should be blue to be consistent with Bedrock.
