Mob's head is jittery when it is looking at the player

Short description of the issue

When a mob (eg. pigs or cows) looks at the player its head is more jittery then before especially when it puts its head back to normal after looking.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Spawn an animal like a pig.

2. Make it look at you and you will see a mild jitter.

Expected result

It looks at you like it did in snapshot 7 where it is not very jittery.

Actual result

It looks at you with more jitter than normal.

Notes

This could be caused by them fixing the bug where your camera jitters in a boat.
