[MC-311114] Banner through nametags

When another player is crouching in front of a customized banner the banner shows the original color it was, with no additions to it.

This issue is already being tracked in MC-162693, so I have resolved this report as a duplicate. (Note also that the issue seems to be fixed in the latest snapshot, 26.3 Snapshot 8, as I cannot reproduce it regardless of the "Improved Transparency" setting used; I suspect Mojang are simply waiting a bit to mark the issue as fixed.)
