Drowned holding Spears can easily be countered by standing still next to them because they don’t step back to create distance to attack again.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Summon the drowned
/summon minecraft:drowned ~ ~1 ~ {equipment:{mainhand:{count:1,id:golden_spear}}}2) Stand still and notice that the Drowned does not attack repeatedly and stalls around you
