[MC-31116] /setblock coordinates based on a players position doesn't work with command blocks

Just tried to make someting like a moving floor but realized that that doesn't works with commandblocks, but if i'll type everything in the chat it'll work...
Don't know if thats a bug or it's intention but i'll just report it

It's not a bug, but I think it should be added nethertheless.

There is no way to set a block relative to a player unless the player enters the command.

Seems strange since other commands such as TP, playsound and spawnpoint are all relative to the player.
