Damage dealt by a skeleton to a creeper typically drops a disc regardless of director indirect damage. (the most common method being igniting a tnt block with a skeleton with either a flame bow or shooting through lava) Upon performing some tests to see if it was possible to make a more technical version with the tnt sulfur cube, I discovered it does not mirror the behavior of normal tnt in this scenario.
