Run the command /advancement grant @s everything, go to the «Achievements» tab, then go to the «Nether» tab and pay attention to the achievement with the ominous flag on the icon. There are two such achievements, but it is the one below the achievement with a bucket of water on the icon. The description of this achievement uses outdated information that says, like «stay away from villages». Like before you kill a pillager leader, you get a «Bad Omen», then you come to the village and the raid begins. But now an ominous bottle falls out of such a robber, which you can drink or not drink. It's your choice to start the raid or not to start.
