The default value of the `cookingtime` field for blasting and smoking recipes is still 100

In 26.3-snapshot-4, smelting speed was changed to depend on the fuel item's cooking_fuel component instead of the recipe's cookingtime, and accordingly, the cookingtime value for all vanilla blasting/smoking recipes was changed from 100 to 200.
However, the default value used when cookingtime is omitted is still 100.

How to reproduce

  • Create world with attacked datapack

  • Smelt a porkchop in a smoker (cookingtime is omitted) and observe its cooking speed is 4x faster than in furnace. When cookingtime is omitted, it should results in the normal speed of the smeting block.
