The block texture of poplar hanging signs is still once again inconsistent with the GUI texture

Marked as fixed in Snapshot 10, this bug has been once again partially fixed in this snapshot.

The block is still missing a detail from the GUI texture (the GUI texture is the most accurate out of all hanging signs UI textures.)

The GUI texture has a bright color (HEXA #B2A998) that is used as an highlight, though this color is not present on the front and the back of the panel (where the text is placed) on the block texture.
