[MC-311395] Damage command with minecraft:arrow

When you use the damage command and select minecraft:arrow for damage type when you die it will show %1$s was shot by %2$s
Type in chat or in a command block type /damage @s 20 minecraft:arrow
In result you should see the death message %1$s was shot by %2$s

This happens 1.19.4+

I Have used the search feature and I searched up /damage specifically and other words to see if one existed but nothing showed up and the name of the other report starts with /damage so fix it and this won't happen.
