World Creation tab buttons permanently retain focus/highlight state after being clicked

When opening the Create New World screen, no tab button is focused/highlighted by default. However, once a tab button is clicked, it receives the active white focus border and permanently retains it. Switching tabs or clicking elsewhere on the screen does not remove or update the focus state from the previously clicked button.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the Create New World screen (notice that no top tab button has a white border).

  2. Click on the Game tab button. The button gets a white selection border.

  3. Click anywhere else in the menu or switch to another tab (e.g., World).

  4. Observe the top navigation bar.

Observed Result The clicked tab button permanently retains the white active/focused border, even when interacting with other UI elements or switching tabs.

Expected Result Tab buttons should properly update or clear their focus state when clicking away or navigating to a different tab, rather than remaining permanently highlighted.
