Description: When an enderman is shot with an arrow from a bow, the enderman still teleports, but the arrow bounces off the location where it was. The expected behavior is for the enderman to teleport away just before the arrow hits, and for the arrow to either pass through or disappear.
Steps to reproduce:
Spawn or find an enderman in a vanilla Minecraft Java Edition environment.
Equip a bow with at least one arrow.
Aim at the enderman and shoot the arrow from a moderate distance.
Observed result: The arrow collides with the enderman and is deflected/bounced off, with the subtitle “Arrow deflected” (or similar) appearing in the chat. The enderman does not teleport and takes no damage.
Expected result: The enderman should teleport away immediately before the arrow reaches it, causing the arrow to either pass through the enderman’s original position or disappear entirely. The enderman should not deflect the arrow as if it had a shield.

I cannot reproduce the endermen not teleporting away, but I can confirm that the arrows now bounce off of the enderman, something that did not happen in versions prior to 26.3 Snapshot 10.
