Walking on nether wart crops still produces stone sounds if you set things up right

While MC-217447 is marked as fixed and described the same core issue, it is no longer possible to reproduce as easily; a more specific test case must be set up. To reproduce:

• plant a large field of nether wart

• place some boats on top of it

• walk on the boats

Expected results: the step sounds you would hear would be akin to nether wart blocks or something else relevant.

Actual results: it sounds as though you’re walking on hard stone blocks, rather than nether warts, soul sand, or wooden boats.

How to fix: the nether wart material type for sound should not be pointing to stone, but to something more befitting.
