Punching fire with Mining Fatigue plays wool sounds

If you give yourself a high Mining Fatigue level, target fire’s hitbox, then punch it, you will bizarrely hear the sounds of breaking wool.

To reproduce:

• be in Survival mode

• /effect give @s minecraft:mining_fatigue 5 86

• look at fire

• start punching it

Expected results: silence or the extinguish hiss sound

Actual results: apparently fire is made of cloth?
