The player can see through blocks when inside snow layers

Relates to MC-145453 and MC-149375.

This only works in areas with a lot of snow layers, either naturally occurring or player-placed, but is nonetheless easily reproducible.

To reproduce, dig a 2x2x1 hole, place a slab in one of the bottom two places, and scaffolding in the other three, then snow layers on top, then place snow layers on the top two scaffolding blocks. Then stand on top of the slab, and you will be positioned just right such that the camera is placed directly within the snow layer block, resulting in the ability to see through the ground.

This could be fixed by making minecraft:snow trigger the suffocation camera overlay, even if it doesn’t suffocate entities outright.
