Riding saddled pigs with carrots on sticks in boats carried by happy ghasts causes severe desyncs

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn a boat.

2. Put a pig in it.

3. Put a saddle on the pig.

4. Tie the boat to a happy ghast using a lead.

5. Ride the pig.

6. Equip a carrot on a stick.

7. ❌ A severe desync occurs, violently throwing around the player while spamming the log with errors.

This bug supersedes MC-299460 which happened when unequipping a carrot on a stick.
