When breaking blocks that are mined quickly (but without instamining), the block hit sound does not play. This is more pronounced on Multiplayer servers but also occurs in singleplayer.
Steps to reproduce:
Give yourself an Iron Shovel
Break Dirt/Grass blocks using the tool in Survival mode
Observed behaviour: The block hit sound (which is auditively distinctive from the block breaking sound, which does always play) does not play at all or only inconsistently.
Expected behaviour: The block hit sound plays briefly during the mining process before the dirt/grass block is broken, as it happened in 26.3-pre1.
