Low Tree Density of Dappled Forest

Description

Compared with those in BE and promotional videos (and Minecraft Live), the poplar trees of Dappled Forest in Java Edition are not dense enough.

Reproduce Steps

Just open Minecraft JE and BE with the same seed and compare them. The attached images are from the same seed.

Expected Result

Poplar trees are supposed to be as dense as possible, just like those in BE.

Actual Result

However, JE always generates some weird clearings with just a poplar tree stamp, and the overall density is not high enough.
