Left-ctrl+click stopped working as Right Button in 26.3

I’m using a Mac. I have “Use Item/Place Block” bound to Right Button, but I don’t have a mouse, so I used Ctrl+Left Click.

In 26.2 this works. I upgraded to 26.3 today and it does not work.

It’s been 14 years of fun and this is first time I found a bug that actually got in my way.
